Credit Card Processing
We
use the most secure credit card processing, order processing
and hosting servers on the planet: Authorize.net. who
utilizes electronic payment system and highly secure payment
technology providing an operational system of securing card
payments on the Internet have with strong security, ISO 7498-2.
Certified, top-notch fraud prevention and detection. Any transaction
you make with us is completely secure. The credit card and
ordering information you provide to us when purchasing our
products or services are protected by collecting your IP address
and using industry-standard SSL encryption. This ensures that
your personal information is kept confidential as it travels
over the Internet securely. Only Authorize.net knows your
credit card number and pertinent information.
All
payments are made in U.S. Funds (U.S. Dollars).
Cost of Shipping
We currently have a flat rate of $8.25 per order, no matter
how many items you order, per order for all orders placed
in the United States. All orders placed outside the United
States currently have a flat rate of $11.25 per order, no
matter how many items you order, per order.
Receipts
After your purchase you will receive a receipt via email with
an itemization of your purchase. This is the only receipt
of purchase you will receive, a hard copy is not sent with
your package. Please set your email to accept email from us.
Some email may end up in your Spam folder if you don't.
It is CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to maintain and keep any
receipts you receive from your purchases with our company.
Orders
sent by mail will also not be sent a hard copy receipt. It
is customer responsibility to make a copy of the order that
is sent to us.
The
shipping label on the exterior of the package will show the
order numbers that are contained in the package.
Discounts
It is customer responsibility to enter any and all discounts,
membership discount codes, promotional codes, coupons or the
like, in any form, whether it be for memberships, and/or any
and all specials. Discounts and can only be redeemed at time
of checkout along with the original order. Reimbursements
or adjustments of any kind cannot be issued after a purchase
has been made. No exceptions.
Emailing
Us
We do not accept email that includes a request a: read receipt
for sent message. We do not open attachments. If you are replying
to a previous question continue replying to that particular
email. DO NOT open an new email because we will not know what
you are responding to.

All phone readings must be paid for before we schedule you.
If you miss your first scheduled appointment you will forfeit
50% of your paid deposit for that appointment. We will reschedule
you one time for 1/2 of the amount originally paid for time.
If you miss that rescheduled appointment you will forfeit
it completely. If you miss a free psychic reading you will
forfeit it completely. No refunds are made for scheduled appointments.
Psychic
Reading/Consultation Session Times
Due to other set appointments you may
not be able to add more session time directly after your reading.
If you need additional time please schedule another block
of time for a later time or day or purchase larger blocks
of time. Unused minutes will be credited for use at any later
time in the future.
Phone
Reading/Consultation Minutes, Credits
Any unused minutes will be credited
for a later appointment only. Credited minutes are used
at any later time; not refunded.

Shipping
We
ship USPS (Regular Mail). There is a flat fee
of $8.25 for orders shipped within the United States. A flat
fee of $11.25 for International shipping. United States Customers
should receive your order within 14
buisness days (Monday - Friday) from date of purchase.
International orders can take up to 30 days
or longer due to speed of entry through your country customs
department.

How
Long It Takes To Get Your Order
Once your order has been received by our company and your
spell has been cast a spell release candle will be made for
your particular spell and shipped to you within 3-5 business
days after the spell has been cast. This process can take
up to 14 buisness days (Monday - Friday).
International orders can take up to 30 days or longer due
to speed of entry through your country customs department.
We do everything possible on our end to ensure a quick transit
through all countries customs, but unfortunately hold-ups
do occurr at customs therefore slowing everything down and
there is nothing we can do about that.
The items we send to you are blessed, consecrated and infused
with the highest powers available by Londa Marks to help you
release the essence of your spell into your atmosphere. Your
spells begin working as soon as they are cast by Londa Marks.
Once you receive your package it is very important
to follow through with the instructions given to complete
the spell process.

$39 Spells are cast within a 48 hour period of your purchase.
Emergency Spells and Power Spells are cast immediately - directly
after purchase. We do not email you
stating when your spell has been cast. Your spell is cast
within the time frame specified near the spells you purchase.

Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it
constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Medieval Masters,
Inc., and USPsychic.com reserves the right, at any time after
receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for
any reason. As a protection against fraud for all of our customers,
we may also require additional verifications of information
before accepting any order.
