Typographical Errors
In the event that a MEDIEVAL MASTERS product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MEDIEVAL MASTERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MEDIEVAL MASTERS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MEDIEVAL MASTERS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Payments
You may pay us by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. When products or services are already discounted additional membership discounts do not apply.
Discounts
It is customer responsibility to enter any and all discounts, membership discount codes, promotional codes, coupons or the like, in any form, whether it be for memberships, and/or any and all specials. Discounts and can only be redeemed at time of checkout along with the original order. Reimbursements or adjustments of any kind cannot be issued after a purchase has been made. No exceptions.
Products Use

Returns & Spell Recasts
Once you place an order you will be sent what you purchased. If you purchased a downloadable product, you will download it immediately after purchase. Recasting spells may be done after 180 days have passed from time of purchase. Custom and Retainer work does not include recasts, exchanges, or refunds under the provisions set forth in the guarantee.
We sell high quality products all of which have been carefully built by high level spell casters, apprentices and or artisan-alchemists; all are more than reasonably priced. Although we may have free items available from time-to-time, generally, the amount of work and time involved in developing your product does not allow for freebies nor, does it allow for a re-sending you a duplicate product.
There is a 30-day return on all unopened, non-used products. Returned items must be in perfect condition without any obvious tampering, use or destruction of any kind. Any broken seals or unwrapped items will be considered used and opened. Once a returned item is enroute to us, and you change your mind, you will need to re-purchase and start the process over. All hired services such as psychic phone readings, email readings, spell castings or consultations have no returns or refunds due to the amount of time involved and materials that may have been used. If you do not connect with your reader within the first five minutes of a Live Online Psychic Chat Reading simply tell the reader to transfer you back to Customer Care and switch readers. A refund or reader exchange cannot be accomodated after the five minute period has expired or anytime thereafter. We do not refund for any spell casting nor do we exchange items or spells. Once a scheduled appointment is made, your chosen Psychic will be ready to take your appointment at that time. Each minute you are late will be deducted from your total minutes scheduled. If you are unable to make your Scheduled Appointment you will forfeit your Psychic Reading unless you contact us no later than 30-minutes before your scheduled appointment. All sales are final in compliance with the 30 day unopended and non-used product statement above. We will recast your spell after 180 days if you do not see results.
Products sold from this site should not be orally ingested, sniffed, injected, smoked, or used for solutions. Upon consumption, damaging side effects or intoxications may occur.
Reimbursements cannot be obtained for services already performed. Emergency Spells and Spell Castings cannot be refunded, changed or anything done differently once they are cast. Generally, Emergency Spells are cast within a few minutes after purchase. Cancelling or reversing any spells already in the works is not able to be done nor is it safe because of the nature of the spell work, how they react and what can happen when reversed.
When you sign our Terms of Agreement at checkout you are stating that you are in agreement with our procedures. This is a legal and binding contract held up in any court of law.
We cannot take any responsibility for an individual's personal decision to use our products in an illegal or damaging way. By placing your order, using our products or services, you, the customer, assumes full responsibility for the use or misuse of our products and services. I understand that it is up to me, the client, to make decisions in my own life. In no way do I hold USPsychic.com, MEDIEVAL MASTERS and any company employees, USPsychic.com and any company employees are not responsible or liable for anything I might do with the information given during a reading or use of products. I will wisely utilize my own judgment in the use of my reading and consultations. I understand that the readings/consultations are NOT a substitute for proper medical or psychological care.
The readings/consultations that are given by MEDIEVAL MASTERS and any company employees, USPsychic.com and any company employees are not meant to treat, diagnose, or prescribe anything for physical or psychological illnesses or disorders. It is recommended that you see a medical professional for any physical ailment that you might have or a mental health professional for mental illness. Spells may or may not work depending on what choices you make. You have free will to do anything you wish and that can make the spell not work or work. As the old saying goes "God helps those who help themselves." We highly recommend a personal readings/consultation with any of the psychics as listed on USPsychic.com for advice regarding which spell is best for you and to see how your spells are going as well as recommend the most appropriate course of action for you specifically and to address any questions or concerns.
Our company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime at our discretion. We do not tolerate abuse or harassment. We do not offer free readings/consultations for anyone unless specified in a special. Readings do not come with spell work unless otherwise posted on the website. It is our prerogative to run a special or end it when we deem so. These are strict conditions of using the site and your use and purchases indicate your acceptance of these and all other terms of the site.
Spells cannot be refunded due to the amount of time and materials used in performing them. Spell casting is an art, not a science therefore, making it somewhat unpredictable. And, we have no way of knowing what may have been added to the product by the recipient thus, we cannot accept returns because perishable items such as soaps and candles according to the Health Department laws (California Health Department Code 120210, Section b) will not be refunded regardless of any guarantees on any pages that they may be on.
Shipping
If you are missing merchandise from your order, have not received your order in a reasonable period of time or have received a product you didn't order, please contact us immediately at customercare@uspsychic.com so we can investigate the problem and report back to you right away. You must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your shipment to let us know of an order that doesn't have all items purchased otherwise you will forfeit any replacements.
Changes to Our Website
We maintain and reserve our right to make changes to our prices per specials, supply costs, labor increases and misprints. And we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any communication through E-mail or letters between USPsychic.com and Medieval Masters companies and its employees with prospective customers and clients will not be considered a legal or binding contract but is information for your decision in purchasing our products only.
Fraud
We will hunt down and prosecute credit card identity to the full extent of law!
